Service Description

A therapeutic massage helps to relieve any tension within the muscles through trigger point release. This is generally not a "relaxation" type of massage as its main focus is on deep pressure to relieve the knots.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations; I do require at least 24 hours' notice, but if you are feeling unwell in any way please cancel, and we'll reschedule your appointment with no charge. Email or call to notify me as soon as possible. Thanks!
